To start or discontinue water service at an existing service location please call our Customer Service Office at (305) 296-2454. Please have the following information available:
- Account name
- Service Address
- Mailing Address
- Phone number
- Driver’s License Number
- Date of Birth

- Payment Method:
- Credit Card
- Check
- Google Pay
- Apple Pay
A $90.00 deposit and $20 service fee will be collected when service is established. The Deposit may be waived if you opt for our autopay option.
Transfer Service
Please call our Customer Service Office, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at (305) 296-2454 to transfer your service from one Authority service area location to another Authority service area location.
