Help Us Help You! The Florida Keys Aqueduct Authority has initiated a new program to call residents and businesses in the Florida Keys when there is important information to be shared. This information may be a Precautionary Boil Water Notice, information regarding an emergency conservation order following a severe disruption to our transmission line or the latest updates on post-storm system status. We have a database of telephone numbers linked to specific areas of the Keys. In order to better serve our customers, we invite you to log on to a special website designed for you to provide us with your preferred and most up to date contact information. In this way, you can take advantage of this important communication tool. Some examples of customer updates include cellular telephone numbers, alternate information for part time residents, business manager contacts and caregiver telephone numbers for special needs residents.
